Jane is a licensed clinical social worker and a credentialed alcohol and substance use disorder counselor with over 23 years of experience in the mental health field. She specializes in trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions and draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, including mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-focused therapy. After completing the Certificate in MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy through the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), Jane embraced the opportunity to offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy within the supportive setting of New York Integrative Psychiatry.
Her professional background has fueled a deep interest in the complex interplay between nature and nurture, especially as it relates to intergenerational trauma. Early training in alternative therapeutic approaches continues to inform and enrich her clinical work today. Jane looks forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing and self-acceptance. She believes that life’s challenges often carry valuable insights which, when explored and understood, can become powerful tools for self-empowerment.
