Insurance & Billing

We’re committed to making treatment as accessible as possible and offer several options to help you navigate the cost of care.

While we are not currently in-network with private insurance plans, many of our patients are able to use their out-of-network (OON) benefits to receive partial reimbursement for services. After each session, we’ll provide you with a superbill—a detailed receipt that includes all the information you need to submit a claim to your insurance provider. Superbills may also be used to request reimbursement through a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA).

To further support access to care, we also offer financing through CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that allows you to spread out the cost of treatment with flexible, interest-free or low-interest monthly payment plans for those who qualify.

What You Can Do:

  • Contact your insurance provider before your first appointment to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

  • Inquire about reimbursement rates for out-of-network psychotherapy or psychiatric services.

  • Explore options for using your FSA, HSA, or CareCredit to cover treatment costs.
