What If I Need to Cancel My Group Ketamine Session?

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. If you are unable to attend either the Group Preparation Session or the Group Journey Session, we ask that you notify our team as soon as possible—ideally with at least one week’s notice.

If you need to cancel, you may reschedule for a future group ketamine therapy session at New York Integrative Psychiatry, and your payment will be credited toward that event.

Our goal is to maintain both fairness and flexibility while preserving the structure of our small-group clinical model.
