What happens if I need to cancel my Group KAP session?

We understand that things can come up and life doesn’t always go to plan. If you are unable to attend the preparation or journey day Group KAP events, we request that you give our team as much notice as possible, preferably a week’s notice.

If you cancel a session, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule to one of our upcoming Group KAP sessions and your previously received payment will be credited to that event.
